A poem for all Parents in Alienation

"Mommy, please, it's just not fair,

Mommy, don't talk about Daddy when he's not there,

I love you both, don't make me choose,

For if I must, we all will lose,

I know that both my parents care,

And in my life, I want both there,"

If you do your research on web sites like Wikipedia or see real peoples stories on sites like you tube you will see the hurt and the damage this does to children and the alienated parent.

Do your own research, go to this clip on www.youtube.com have a listen, it is the kind of thing that I personally had to content with, well not just me, my new partner and her family.

The Family Courts in the UK do not listen, a closed door policy, in and out, Solicitors taking all your money and moving on to the next case, totally unbelievable.

I think its time that Family Courts had a jury system, let a group of my peers decide what is best, not just one Judge.

The CSA, I pay my child support yet they do not care if I see my children or not, again I think there should be a change in the law and the CSA, if you do no get to see your children you do not have to pay Child Support, You see many ex partners can be money motivated and this simple change in the law would work wonders, I will always support my children, I always have, so surely I have "God given right" to see them? Apparently not!

Cafcass - Putting children first in family courtsCafcass looks after the interests of children involved in family proceedings. We work with children and their families, and then advise the courts. In my case my son was "interviewed" by the Cafcass lady but he was not alone, he was to scared to say he wanted to see me. When I asked the interviewer why he was not asked / interviewed alone she said "Oh it was to save time" - Thanks, now my son's head is so twisted he does not want to see me, a classic parental alienation script.
